    Department: Ambulatory Support Staff Salary: Min. $13.13 per hr., DOE. Hours: Full-time, days/evenings

    Location: Hospital Main Campus Perform individualized patient procedures, treatments and tests.

    Perform associated clerical tasks including chart preparation, stocking clinic supplies and answering telephones.

    Provide advanced assistance with medical clinic operations and monitoring of clinic flow.

    Requires: High school graduate or equivalent, graduation from an ABHES or CAAHEP accredited Medical Assistant program, must become nationally certified as a Medical Assistant by the AAMA (American Association of Medical Assistants) within 1 year of hire, CPR Certification (BLS) for Health Care Providers by the American Heart Association.

    Prefers: Medical assistant or medical office experience, pediatric experience as a Medical Assistant, urgent care experience as a Medical Assistant.
